3rd, Practice, Practice, Practice. I had attended so many interviews by my first PI that there was absolutely no nervousness. So, you would be ready for easy-going conversation-based interviews, as well interviewers who would try to anger you, and try to get a reaction out of you.

The interview tips help you after you convert your college as well. The STAR format which is so widely used in B-Schools was taught to me here and has held me in good stead since.
